Accessory tooling design started to adapt the AutoChamferPro to the Dillon 650/750 toolhead, This is a simple bracket that holds the proximity switch onto the die tool holder and another small part that clamps onto the primer tube. The primer tube part is the "flag" that trips the proximity switch. Pictures and video coming soon!

We're pleased with the accessory tooling design. This adapts the AutoChamferPro to the Dillon 650/750 toolhead, There is a simple bracket that holds the proximity switch to a Dillon Tool head. There is a clamp that fastens to the primer tube. The motion of the head passes the clamp past the proximity switch starting the motor. Moving the clamp and adjusting the motor speed adjusts the timing to your preferred speed.

The Auto Chamfer tool and switch remains with the toolhead. Pull the pins and switch to another head. No re-adjusting needed.

Video coming soon.

The case chamfer tool has been working perfect with one exception. When used continuously on a powered machine, the controller is timing out. A software engineer is assisting in controller programming. Dillon 656/750 use runs perfect.

All technical matters resolved and operational improvements made. Now a standard unit operates on manual and powered machines. This reduces installation complexity and eliminates the proximity switch and bracketry.

New pricing for the manual and powered reloading machines reduced to $500 + shipping.
